A Flurry of Letters
The pace of investigation, inspection, negotiating, and decision-making seemed agonizingly slow as the clock ticked toward vaccination and quarantine deadlines in Switzerland for the cattle selected for the Canadian importers. Letters, telephone calls, questions, and replies were flowing in all directions.
